Area Manager

Hansen & Gretel is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations and ensure the success of our brand based at our Flagship Paddington Boutique. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, maximising profitability, and enhancing the customer experience across all stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Managing and motivating a team of store managers and sales associates.
- Ensuring all stores adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local promotions and events.
- Stock loss prevention strategies to be applied within all locations.
- Receiving 3rd Party Brands and Creating SKUs in POS systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail management
- A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Must be able to drive between locations.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities’
- Positive attitude and passion for all things Fashion & Retail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
