As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, Hansen & Gretel recognises its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically. Hansen & Gretel works with a few handpicked expert factories in Shanghai, Guangzhou China and Hong Kong. Each factory is employed for its’ own specialty, and has been vetted for fair working conditions, and wages. The designer visit’s all factories biannually and only work’s with facilities that she has personally vetted and inspected. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees’ health and safety and basic human rights.

Each factory is independently certified and audited by Elevate Responsible Sourcing Assessment. As well as SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit). This four pillar audit comprises of
