In order to successfully return your items, please ensure all RETURN CONDITIONS are met first. Any return requests that do not meet our returns policy will be rejected.
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to lodge and return your package.
- Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
- To request an Australian return or exchange please start your return at the link above.
- If you have purchased Free Returns Coverage, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost once your return request is submitted. If Free Returns Coverage was not purchased, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details about returns coverage.
- Returns cost $14.00 Australia wide which will be deducted from your refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL/US RETURNS

- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based off of location and package dimensions when completing a return.
- Currently we cannot facilitate international exchanges.
