INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE: For international customers wanting to request an exchange on their item please contact returns@hansenandgretel.com  

 

In order to successfully return your items, please ensure all return conditions are met first.

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to lodge and return your package. Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. 

Any return requests that do not meet our returns policy will be rejected.
