In order to successfully return your items, please ensure all RETURN CONDITIONS are met first. Any return requests that do not meet our returns policy will be rejected.

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to lodge and return your package.
Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

To request an Australian return or exchange please follow the prompts in the below Returns Portal at the bottom of the page.
Returns cost $14.00 Australia wide which will be deducted from your refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL/US RETURNS

To request an international return please go to our INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL and follow the prompts in the portal.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated in our international returns portal when completing a return.
Currently we cannot facilitate international exchanges.

Full Priced Clothing	Refund or Credit or Exchange.
Discounted * Clothing	Exchange for Size or Colour. (If stock is available)
Accessories	Credit or Exchange.
Swimwear Lingerie Shoes Hats Earrings Fragrances	No Returns Accepted. (Unless faulty)
