Marketing Executive – Hansen & Gretel & OWNLEY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team, working across two fast-growing fashion brands: Hansen & Gretel and OWNLEY. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and audience engagement, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, and performance marketing.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content (Organic Growth)

  • Manage and grow Hansen & Gretel and OWNLEY’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms).

  • Plan and execute engaging content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, retail moments, and wholesale launches.

  • Brief and collaborate with the wider team to deliver compelling social-first assets.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to drive innovation and ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and aspirational.

  • Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and community insights to inform strategy.

Paid Social & Growth Marketing

  • Manage paid social campaign budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest

  • Support campaign planning, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative asset coordination, and reporting.

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise ROI and drive customer acquisition.

  • Contribute to strategies for building and converting brand awareness into sales across e-commerce and retail.

Retail & Wholesale Marketing

  • Support marketing activity around retail activations, store events, and pop-ups, ensuring they are integrated into social and digital campaigns.

  • Develop digital and social assets to support wholesale partners and international showrooms.

  • Assist in the creation of lookbooks, brand decks, and B2B marketing collateral.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign management across channels (social, edm, PR, influencer).

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on brand and on time.

  • Provide weekly performance reports across social, paid, and campaign activity.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or digital roles (fashion, lifestyle experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital growth strategies

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on social and paid campaign performance.

  • A passion for fashion, culture, and emerging digital trends.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand voice and visual identity.

Wholesale & Warehouse Coordinator - Hansen & Gretel & OWNLEY

Location: Rosebery

Reports to: Wholesale & Buying Manager

Commencement date: January

About the Role:

Hansen & Gretel and Ownley are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This dual-brand role is pivotal in supporting the smooth execution of wholesale order fulfilment, boutique distribution, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with our Wholesale Manager to ensure exceptional delivery experiences for both our major accounts and retail boutiques.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Order Fulfilment

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale orders with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure all orders are dispatched within delivery windows and adhere to brand quality standards.

  • Coordinate dispatch and paperwork for key wholesale accounts and major retailers.


Invoicing & Administration

  • Generate and manage wholesale invoices in alignment with sales orders.

  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to wholesale clients and internal teams.

Accounts Liaison

  • Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the Wholesale Manager.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all wholesale account activity.


Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory across warehouse and boutiques.

  • Assist with seasonal stocktakes and ensure accurate stock placement.

  • Process incoming stock transfers and maintain stock movement records.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.


Boutique Distribution

  • Receive, count, and distribute new stock deliveries to boutiques.

  • Coordinate inter-store stock transfers as needed.


Warehouse Support

  •  Keep the warehouse environment clean, safe, and organised.

  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and general warehouse operations.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1 -2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or wholesale support role (fashion or retail industry preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and invoicing software, ideally Xero and Joor.

  • Proficient in excel

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must have a valid license as this role requires product delivery
