The Role
Hansen & Gretel are seeking to add a dynamic, detail oriented, Wholesale Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate from the Head office in Rosebery, NSW.
The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated individual with sales experience and have the ability to be analytical and data driven.
Position Overview
As a Wholesale Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of products to our wholesale/Retail customers. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the dispatch process, from order fulfilment to transportation logistics. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organise the dispatch schedule to optimise delivery routes and minimise delays.
- Collaborate with the wholesale manager to prioritise order fulfilment based on customer requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate with transport providers to coordinate timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Liaise with wholesale customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any special requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch, such as delays, damaged products, or order changes.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve dispatch efficiency.
- Efficiently process invoices for dispatched orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
- Manage the returns process, coordinating with the customers to streamline returns and exchanges.
- Organise and coordinate stock deliveries to Hansen & Gretel boutiques.
- Implement effective stock management practices to optimise boutique inventory levels and enhance overall retail operations

Previous experience in wholesale dispatch, logistics, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using dispatch management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
